I lived in one of Kabredlos Property Management's communities during a very difficult chapter of my life. As a newly divorced single mom, I was looking for more than just a place to live. I needed a safe, welcoming community for myself and my family.

They are a great company to rent from. If most people understood that rerenting an apartment took time to get ready to the condition it was given to you in, you might understand. If you are a landlord/owner/business person, you might understand. Stop trashing their name and take accountability. Get things in writing and read your damn lease! Again reread your lease! Slowly if u can’t understand that the lease your signing is absolutely standard practice.

Bob Stark has been my property manager since I moved in last June. He is always there when I contact him whether via phone or by text. He is an exceptional person who cares about all of us. I can't say enough good things about him I recommend kabredlos property to many people. Thanks Bob for being amazing 🙂

Kabredlo's Property Management have been great to rent from these last couple of years. And the property manager Bob Stark has been the kindest and most outgoing landlord I have ever had!

A great experience in my five years living here. Rent rates have been incredibly reasonable each lease renewal. Bob is an awesome landlord, easy to speak with, and always available as needed. The apartment itself has always been a great looking apartment. I highly recommend if you love living basically downtown, yet away from most of the traffic noise; a landlord who will always answer quickly; and the convenience of a convenience store with a McDonald's with delicious burgers and fries within a 2 minute walk.
