Enjoy working outside? Join the mowing crew at Kabredlo's Property. You'll help keep the lawns and grounds at our apartment communities neat and clean, with a guaranteed 40 hours a week, year-round.
Responsibilities
What You'll Do
- Mow with zero-turn mowers and trim around edges
- Plant flowers, spread mulch, and pull weeds
- Pick up trash from lawns, driveways, and parking lots
- Help with basic yard work
- Report broken equipment or property damage
Qualifications
What You'll Need
- 2–5 years of lawn care or landscaping experience
- Hands-on experience safely running zero-turn mowers, trimmers, and fertilizer spreaders
- Experience with sprinkler systems and lawn chemicals
- Able to lift and move up to 50 lbs
- Works well with others, follows directions, pays attention to detail
