Kabredlo's Property is hiring an experienced Landscaper / Hardscaper with irrigation experience to improve and maintain the outdoor spaces across our Lincoln properties. This role is hands-on landscaping, hardscaping, irrigation, and property improvement work. We want someone who spots problems, makes the repair, and takes a project from start to finish.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

  • Install and repair retaining walls, pavers, edging, and other hardscape features
  • Build and improve rock, mulch, planting, and landscape beds
  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair sprinkler systems — heads, valves, leaks, and coverage issues
  • Program and adjust sprinkler controllers for efficient watering
  • Spot problems with trees, shrubs, and plants and correct them
  • Plant, remove, trim, and maintain trees, shrubs, and landscaping
  • Find areas across our properties that need improvement and own the work through completion
Qualifications

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years each of landscaping, hardscaping, and irrigation experience
  • Hands-on knowledge of sprinkler systems, controllers, valves, heads, and repairs
  • Experience with retaining walls, pavers, grading, and landscape beds
  • Comfortable running landscaping equipment, power tools, and trailers
  • Able to troubleshoot and complete projects independently
  • Valid driver's license and dependable work history
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors year-round in varying weather
